It was a good day

Today was good I stayed within my calorie count. I drank my water and exercised. I think I'm in a routine now and that feels good. I've lost inches but no lbs as of yet. Friday is my next weigh in. However, I'm not feeling stressed about the numbers on the scale. I keep reminding myself that I didn't gain all this weight overnight and it's not going to disappear quickly.

If I stay on track I will see long lasting results.
