It's time to get serious and lose 9 pounds to get me to my 140's. I haven't been there in, oh, almost 20 years. Where I HAVE been is bouncing around from 155-158 for a long time. My body seems to rest here, return here, and I don't feel horrible at this point. But am I at a healthy BMI? No, no, no. So the Science Experiment continues.
Here's my control.....
I walk a LOT. I enjoy it and have a personal trainer (Wonder Dog, Jersey) who encourages me to go out at least twice daily. As I work from home this is easier to do now than ever before so I walk about 5 miles a day. That's normal for me. So if I walk 5 miles a day and eat kind of healthily I hang at 158.
So I need to BOOST things to make a change. I'm in a warmer climate for the next 7 weeks so I'm going to ride my bike & do more yoga - 5 extra hours of exercise a week. That's the plan. And tighten up my food plan. I still snack a little and, of course, the occasional glass of wine but I can adapt this a bit more to take off those 9 pounds. I will be vigilant
