Fallen but not out for the count

So I am still HERE on the SHRED diet. I must admit after Monday's disappointing weigh in I wanted to give up. Really still in the 180's! 180.4 to be exact
But I decided to stay with it until the end of the 6 weeks. The temperature here has dropped and it is extremely cold. From 40's to the teens
That combined with this week being PMS time has a seriously increased my appetite
So far it has been a challenge this week-
Monday- I was at an event that started at 7am, which meant I had to eat breakfast at 6:30. I think this got my internal clock all off and by 5pm I was STARVING. That combined with some emotional eating resulted in me eating an ENTIRE spinach & tomato pizza I made for dinner
Tuesday- Today I woke and and packed and ready to go. I was at another work event this morning. Then my co-wokers wanted to go to lunch- WAIT! I had not expected this and since they were my ride I had to go. I had planned on eating some Chinese vegetables but they wanted Spanish food. This was NOT on the plan!
I ordered baked chicken, beans (no rice) and I ate 3 plaintains. I had planed on eating 1/2 the chicken but before I knew it I had ate almost the entire 1/2 chicken that came with my platter!
Survival- It's not too late. I am still full from lunch so the family is eating leftovers for dinner. I tracked my food and I am still within calorie range so I will just grab something low cal for dinner in case I get hungry. I am about to change and workout for 45 min at home and then get ready for tomorrow. I plan on following the plan for the rest of the week. My scale is in my closet and it will only come out to weigh in on Monday and back it will go. Since completing the SHRED diet is one of my challenges for 2013 I will not give up! I will do it but I know I will slip sometimes but I will not give up completely
