Back in July is when I really started working on getting the weight off. I was at that time at a weight of 253 which was within 2 pounds of my heaviest weight of 255. I lost 10-15 lbs or so then it would go up and down and I also plateaued a bit.
Since late December I have been trying to step it up with watching what I eat(i.e. limiting the nasty bad carbs), drinking more water & increasing my exercise. I am down another 10 since December 19th, that brings my total loss since July 25 lbs. I can just imagine what it would be at now if I hadn't slacked off on my weight loss efforts. I could be in "Onderland" by now maybe.

In any case, I am very proud of these 25 lbs though and feel so much better. No looking back though, just forward to a leaner healthier me!
