Curves Complete Week 1 in Review

I was nervous about my weigh in yesterday because I had been bad on Saturday and not that great on Sunday but when I stepped on the scale I had lost 5.25 lbs!! Woo hoo!! I'm hoping that success will carry me through this next week.

As I reported a few days ago, the first week was rough! But for the most part I stuck with it and it paid off. Week two starts phase too which means more choices and increase in calorie intake. Definitely can't complain about either of those!

My coach, Kendal, is really great. She was my coach the first go round and I couldn't do it without her this time. I was worried about what she would tell me about trying to follow the diet but yet eat enough to have the energy for my long runs. She was really helpful about it and we worked out a plan that I'm going to try this week.

I haven't tracked my food since Friday but started back today. I feel ok about that. I know that the food tracker is very beneficial but I also know that if I'm following the Curves diet I'll be on the right track. I don't want to get consumed with tracking like I've been in the past. So if I track at least 4 days a week (to make sure I'm being good) then I'm happy with myself.

I'm hoping that next week when I write about week 2 I'll be able to say that I dropped at least another pound. Wish me luck!!
