Late & Written in Jello - Week of 1/20/2013 Game Plan

OK, so I learned a valuable lesson last week. Though it's nice to plan for the week, I really need to take things day by day because life happens. As long as I fit my cardio & strength goals timewise, it's okay to be flexible about how and when I do that during the day. emoticon That being said, here's my plan for this week, though this will change when I figure out what's in store for January Jumpstart week 4:

Fitness Plan
Monday - 30 minutes of dancing, 30 minute jog, JJ day 6, extra 10 minutes of arm weights
Tuesday - 2 work walks, JJ day 7, Work Challenge, 100 situps, 100 pushups
Wednesday - 2 work walks, JJ day 1, boot camp, abs video
Thursday - 2 work walks, JJ day 2, bike, gymnastics exercises 10 minutes
Friday - 2 walks, JJ day 3, elliptical, arms video
Saturday - JJ day 4, jog, abs video
Sunday - JJ day 5, dancing games, Jackie Warner video

Dinner Plan
Monday - chicken tenders, green beans
Tuesday - pork, cabbage, potatoes
Wednesday - hummus, naan, cheese, carrots
Thursday - turkey burgers, carrots
Friday - pizza, salad

    Sounds like you have a good plan in hand and it is ok to plan ahead and looks like you realize that they may change and being flexible helps..also take time for yourself..read, have a hot soak, sleep in (if possible) take a long walk and notice nature.. emoticon someone
