Be very careful.
Wash your hands frequently.
Don't share drinks or food with others.
Sanitize bathrooms frequently.

I'm shocked. I ahve very good friends here in Portland from Denver, Colorado visiting for six days. They were supposed to fly back this afternoon but She is in the hospital very sick with this flu. First day out here her sister contracted it and they all shared popcorn. She was so sic she went home & gave the virus to her pregnant daughter who gave it to her husband and now my friend ahs had it for several days. We declined getting together for kareoke night out because we have had icy/foggy weather. It's te best choice I ever made.

Although I was sick on the weekend but it's from medication dosage being increased.

Take very good care of yourselves.

My DH had bad cold that suddenly went into pneumonia - could have been the flu. Hit him very had and a slow recovery due to the MG. He is fine now but had to increase his meds for a few weeks as his body was so stressed.

Take care of yourself! emoticon

So many people are so so sick from flu this year. Always a good reminder to wash, wash, and wash your hands again.

We have been using sanitizers and sanitizing wipes. The hospital was stopping visitors to nursing homes and the hospital DH and I went to had volunteers outside the elevators from the parking garage and walked right up to them and asked them to sanitize their hands.
There were volunteers on the entrances and they had sanitizers outside every patients doors and inside the room. I was surprised and happy that people are wearing masks and sanitizing their hands. It is a very good move.

Thanks DEBS I hope everyone takes notice that we can help to keep ourselves safe and well. HUGS Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
