Hi all just checking in to say hi!! Yesterday I started the week off with a 4.10 mile run, tonight I will be running at least 3 miles. It is going to be a lil challenging because I have to run it after I get out of class tonight at 815. Yes 815 pm...I know I can do it and I will do it!! The goal is another 5 run, 2 day toning week. I did it last week and will do it again this week. If I stay on this track I will be back to my lean self by the end of Febuary or begining of March. So today I am yes again one more day closer to my goal!!! I will check in tomorrow to verify that I ran last night and tomorrow morning..you just wait and see :-)
