2013 and a new year

Well I didn't make my goal last year so this year is a clean slate. I want to lose 2 lbs a month for a total of 24 lbs for the year. That should be do a ble! I will not beat myself up over the short comings, I am still lighter then I was in 2010 and that is a very good thing!

I did very well with my cruise.... 14 days at sea an only gained 4 lbs. I drank wine very day and had ice cream once in a while so I am well pleased to have had such a low gain in weight. Most times I come back weighing 10 lbs more. So I have done very well.

Set up new goals for 2013 and pray that I can keep them.

Here's to 2013 and NEW BEGINNINGS!

    Great to see your smiling quilts again. Good goal. I think I overset my goal in May but I will reevaluate then. Have a great year and I hope you do great.
