OMG! so I have gained back some weight and am freaking out just a little! OK, ALOT! BUT I also know that I have the power to change and get back on track. Im watching my input and working out every day again. I love the workouts and am waiting for the good weather so that I can get outside and run. I am truly a fair weather exerciser, so walking, running, cycling, hiking is in the warm weather months. So that means that I need to make sure I am working out with weights indoors as much as I can. Cant afford and dont have time for a gym but Ive applied for key access to our company's fitness room, so once that is approved I can go after work 3 days a week. I think that should make a big difference. They probably have treadmills and eliptical machines, which would help to get some cardio in. Anyways....here's to major success with resetting my weight and hopefully my thyroid will cooperate! Yay!
