Well despite being a bad girl over the weekend, I did lose a pound for the week. I do have to up my fitness schedule, however if I want to reach my goal of 8 lbs lost in 1 month. So far 3 lbs. 5 to go and I have 2 weeks to do it. The challenge the curves coach gave me for this week is if I am watching TV, I have to get up during the commercials and move around, march in place, dance do something to add steps to my pedometer. Also I guess my cycling counts so I have to tell her what days I did that. It's too cold to exercise outdoors this week in Wisconsin. That cold air will cause frostbite in just a few seconds. Even breathing can be harmful out there right now. It will warm up. Extended forecast calls for cold weather the month of February but March is going to start getting warm again. Just slightly over 6 weeks, it will be March again. Does that sound good to you? It does to me. :)
