Calcium chews

Tuesday, January 22, 2013

I bought myself a box of calcium chews at Trader Joe's. They weren't too expensive and they didn't have any hydrogenated oils emoticon (unlike the Viactiv chews which do have emoticon hydrogenated oil.) They aren't candy, but its easier for me to take than a pill.

I did my old Kick Tape emoticon this morning before breakfast. I'm not feeling too bad. Its sunny outside. I plan to get some yoga emoticon in this evening before bed emoticon . I have to go to Lowe's to return some sealant. Apparently, I bought the wrong kind. Doh emoticon . At least I haven't opened it. I might even get some studying in, I want to practice my speed reading emoticon , and work on my Excel skills (pivot tables anyone?). I also need to do some data entry emoticon , those pages aren't going to enter themselves.

Eats for today: breakfast was Trader Joe's Sicilian sausage- so tasty and low carb! I also had some mini ice cream cones emoticon as my treat. Lunch will probably be some soup/salad emoticon . Dinner will be a green smoothie. I am loving those. They are also low calorie, low carb, and high in nutrition.

I am wondering if I need to take calcium. I do get in 2 dairy a day.

Thanks for the info! For whatever reason, I didn't read the back of the Caltrate bag and was shocked to see the hydrogenated oils in it :( No Trader Joe's close by but I'm off to the local health food store to buy some without.

I can not swallow pills very well so the chews are good for me as well.
