Spark Coach wants me to blog about sabotage today. I guess the biggest one for me right now is the weather...too darned cold to walk my 5.5 miles. I tried to do a longer workout video but couldn't figure out how to work the darn thing so I just did 18 minutes including the warmup. I have finally figured it out so tomorrow I'll do the 40 minute total workout.
I stopped in the mall today and the spring clothes are out. If that doesn't make me stick to my plan today I don't know what will. I guess I've been sabotaging myself by not sticking to my caloric limit. Just a few more days and the weather will ease up. Can't wait.
January is not my favorite month but I love when it's over...only 9 more days to go.
Short term goal is still to enter my healthy BMI, haven't gotten there yet. Hard to find the right balance of eating and excercise. Cool new non-scale measure of progress....I'm getting muscles!!!!
