I never knew that a yummy breakfast could also be healthy. I'm the kind of girl that could eat a whole package of bacon for breakfast with 3 eggs and toast and be happy and satisfied. I could never get enough bacon. Now that has changed.
I haven't had that kind of breakfast in about a month and I don't even miss it. Today I had scrambled egg beaters with chopped spinach (thank you Magic Bullet) and avocado on top with a side of multigrain toast. OMG it was so good and I was satisfied. How amazing is that?! As long as I can continue eating healthy food that tastes this good then I shouldn't have a problem sticking with my new way of eating.
