So yesterday my back felt great after my workout. Almost felt like I worked some soreness out. Then I decided to vacuum the house. Bad idea. I am now in so much pain that I have decided to take a few days off from working out.
I plan to re-start this week of workouts completely next Monday. Or substitute some workouts next week for the ones I miss this week as this week was a cardio recovery week. Going to see how I feel by Thursday and try again if I feel better.
