So I did the first day of week 2 this morning. It was a little bit of a challange. The first few times of running was not so bad. It was the last three times running that I was going really slow with. I think repeating the weeks is definately helpful. I think Thursdays for sure will be gym days. I might even add Tuesday in also. Ran today because I was flying yesterday. I think I am going try to get myself into a constant routine. My college roommate has been encouraging my running. She started with the C25k a few years ago. She ran a half last year and is training for another one this year. I think once I can run for 3 miles without walking, I think I might add more miles each month to be able to run a half next year. I also have a friend who is training to run 30 miles by September. She wants to run a mile for each child in an orphange that she supports in India. I would like to run with her, but I doubt I will be able to do that right now. I can walk/run a little over 2 miles right now that is according to the C25k app.

    Much success to you with the C25K. I'm thinking about doing it in February. Right now, my knees are feeling good. So, I'm going to give it a try!
