This morning I had two gym "dates". (I go with my friends because I don't have a membership) I go Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with my cousin @ 6:30 and Tuesday and Thursday with my good friend @ 8:30. So over the weekend my cousin went out of town. She wanted to go Tuesday because she missed Monday. So I figured , do the gym with my cousin, take my kid to school and then go with my friend. Well, my cousin texted me last night says she's too tired. No biggy. Then my friend texted me she had an appointment at 8:30. So now I have nobody to go to the gym with and it's coOOOOooold out. So I go to the track. It's so cold the dirt is sparkling with ice. I did my laps double time just so I could go home and get out of the cold. My legs hurt, but I burned a lot more calories today! Boy I am a spoiled girl now.
