Wow... I can't believe it has been more than a year since I posted a blog. Life has certainly gone on and things are good. I continue to keep in pretty good physical shape, although I am planning on increasing the intensity this year. And I continually am learning and working on cooking and eating healthy... but I still can't stop that middle-aged weight gain! I am back to my heaviest weight once again. If I just look away for a minute... yikes! So back to the drawing board. How can I be more successful? It seems the only way to lose weight and then keep it off is to drastically limit my non-fruit and vegetable carbs. Breads, pastas, chips... but also wine and chocolate! Time to track it and reduce it! Here we go... hunger pangs will be my friend!
