Good Morning Fellow Spark People :)
Today is my first day of 100% clean eating. I have been a vegetarian for 6 years now, but I have been the kind that loaded up on cheese, fast food, and what I thought was "vegetarian" foods. Thats what I get for becoming something without doing all the research first. I am extremely excited to start this clean eating, I even got my boyfriend on track. Him and I have way different goals, but we both want to live a healthy lifestyle. I am trying to lose weight while he is trying to bulk up. Its nice to have someone who has become in love with fitness and nutrition as I have.
I am hoping that having this blog will help me stay on track and stay motivated. I am going to try my hardest to update daily, between work and school it will be difficult but I know I need this. A good support group :)
