Goal #3 Walk 10,000 steps a day on my fit-bit
Last week was a very busy week and had long weekend out of town. The little one was sick so i concentrated more on him then i did on myself. This week i need to kick it up. Been holding steady with weight and that just wont do. Need to push it to lose it!!
