No meet 7out of 7 days
No sugar in coffee 5out of 7 days

Loss .02 pounds.

This week Goals

Goal #1 Dance Video 5 days emoticon
Goal #2 Cook 3 recipes from the Spark Cook book emoticon
Goal #3 Walk 10,000 steps a day on my fit-bit emoticon

Last week was a very busy week and had long weekend out of town. The little one was sick so i concentrated more on him then i did on myself. This week i need to kick it up. Been holding steady with weight and that just wont do. Need to push it to lose it!!

    Oh, man. It stinks when the little ones are sick. How can you focus on yourself when their sad little faces need you? That's something I've been dealing with too, unfortunately. Sounds like you made the best of the situation, though. Keep pushing along and it'll all click. Good luck this week!!

    Hope your son is feeling better - I swear everyone has been sick this month! In the meantime, it looks like you've got great goals for the week. Are you liking your Fitbit? I'm enjoying mine so far (it was a Christmas gift and I started using it on 1/1) though I only aim for 10,000 steps 5 days a week. I realized that hitting that, at least for me, wasn't viable. I love, however, that it gives me a little extra motivation to keep moving!
