- got up and worked out this morning. Did 30 minute Turbo Jam workout. It's a bit intense for me right now but I hung in there at a lower intensity level..which is an option on the dvd. Of course it wasn't 5:30 a.m. but I did it. I had a doctor's appt this morning so I slept in a bit. But the best of this is ... I could have laid in the bed and slept longer but I talked myself out of bed and into workout clothes. I'm also packed for the after work gym visit.
Now to knock out the 2nd workout will give me a good feeling. Other than that I'm doing pretty good today. I did get some of my purging done. I have one item left in my bedroom to purge and I'm done with my room. I've hung on to so many items of clothes that it was crazy. Things i forgot I had, things I've had so long I can date them back to when I started wearing them. Like items of clothes I had when my daughter was a little girl and she's now 21. Items I brought when I first started going to church regularly. I didn't think twice about any of that stuff, I bagged it up and will get rid of it. So I see some progress.
So for today - I'm back on making my own meals with the 30 day menu plan as a model to follow. I'm hoping that there will be weight and inches loss now that I've changed things up a bit. I strength trained upper body 2 days in a row so today I rest. I'm really trying to focus on toning and strengthing my arms and upper body. I feel invigorated today...
