Insanity, Week 1 Complete!

This is my first experience with Insanity, and it is definitely insane! I have other workout DVDs, but none makes me work this hard! When you complete a workout, you know you've accomplished something. Even the 'fit test' had me sweating. Today is my rest day
. I'm down 2lbs so far, but I've only made slight modifications to my diet. I know that I could lose a lot of weight if I follow their meal plans, but that is difficult with a family to feed. My goal is to lose 15-20 during these 60 days. I hope to either be in good enough shape to get back into running, or perhaps go for a 2nd round with Insanity. Or maybe I could do both!
