After a month of extra cold weather and living in sweats it has finally warmed up a bit. So today I'm wearing non-stretch pants for the first time in a long while. And I'm having a non-scale failure.

I had one bad day where I binged and several where I cheated on my food tracking. Some comfort food to warm up. And now my pants that were loose are snug. Not tight and I can wear them, but it is definitely a warning.
I'm checking my food log, adjusting my calorie range and promising myself to be accurate and faithful in logging.

We can do this!

You can do it, the pants are a simple reminder how easily we can lose track and put those pounds back on. You got this!

This weather sure can put you in that direction.
Good job on getting back on track.
I watched a Netflix show the other night called
It's about plant based lifestyle.
I got some really good recipes from there.
Tonight I made the simple Salad with avocado smushed up with your hand and simply some dashes of lemon juice over that. good and I don't like avocado's. I am so very happy to finally find something I can eat them in. I know they are so good for you.
you should really try it. I used spinach but they call for kale.
If you have netflix I encourage everyone to watch that movie.
Have a great week.

Yup, winter can definitely affect the waist - all those yummy carbs are comforting and warming and, well, fattening! Good thing you caught yourself in time, right?

So glad your temps are warming up. It is better that they were a little snug than not fit at all-lol!
