What a good feeling

Tuesday, January 22, 2013

I am so at peace today. I feel really good and I'm looking forward to great things happening in my life this year. I interviewed for a new position at my job and am hoping I get it. Has anyone made goals for the New Year? What are they and have you completed any, I know its early in the year. Please share. Have a spectacular day everyone! emoticon

Speak positively over that position you've interviewed for...

I wouldn't say I made NY resolutions but I've set some goals for the next 6 months. I actually worked on a new spreadsheet for it yesterday. I did a spreadsheet in excel and outlined them, set task to do, goal dates, etc. Purge every room in my house and organize stuff so that I can stop buying things I already have. Repairs on my home/redecorate it. Purchase a new car, travel to one new place, lose 50#s by my birthday in April - I got 23#s to go. Make one year of consistently working towards my weight loss goals. Almost there at day 200something. I started this weekend purging. I almost completed my bedroom. One room at a time

This is my year of re purpose and reorganize and to be clutter free in all areas of my life, spiritual, mental, physical and financial. First on tap has been my house and its been going great. I'm down to 1.5 rooms to re purpose and reorganize and I can walk into my walk in closet for the first time in probably 9 months....lol

I have a lot of goals actually. Generally, they can be summed up as "be nicer to yourself." I'm working on losing some weight I gained over the last couple of years and cutting back on spending. So far, so good.

Happy to hear you are filled with such peace!

My goals are to lose 20 lbs (lost 4lbs), get more organized (several things in the works) and be a faster runner (already reduced my 2 mile time by 2 mins!)

    Good luck on the job!

    Happy Tuesday Beautiful! emoticon

Congratulations to your Successes so far. For sure God IS working with you to do His Will and His Good Pleasure. He knows what works for us!
I wrote a blog on my goals. I started with:
    1. Lose 10lbs
    2. Get my 8+ glasses of water a day
    3. Sleep 6 or more hours per night
    4. Complete Writing and Editing 2 Books
    5. Move into my house

I feel confident that I will get to my goal weight because I'm only 8lbs away but I want to lose 5lbs more after the 10lbs.
Thanks for sharing your GREAT attitude!
Enjoy A Blessed & Highly Favored Day! May God Bless You With The Desires Of Your Heart As You Walk In His GREAT Grace!!!
