Oh boy, I hope I offend no one....

I'm the type of person who typically does and says more than they should. Everyone has their limits and I tend to exceed mine. I will add that all up to being a Leo. Lord knows how opinionated, etc... we can be, all the way down to telling anyone that our balls (whether we have balls or ovaries) are bigger than theirs.

Well, let me just say, today I feel like someone has swiped my knee out from under me and kicked me in my balls! Last night was a rather light night at work. Nothing, oops I take that back. I was going to say nothing out of the realm of having to actually *work*.

I am a stitcher machine operator. Anyone that works in a bindery knows what I mean. I just remembered that I had to reach down to the floor (at a full bend at the waist, because my knees won't bend) and pick up my covers! Hence the ball kicking.

I'm a wimp. I need to strength train. I'm so tired of my back hurting, and pulling muscles in my neck because things are too heavy. It is sad. I used to be able to bench press almost 200lbs. back in high school and today am lucky if I don't hurt myself lifting 20 lbs. Realistically, a gallon of milk. *Sigh* That should be a fun goal to obtain because I have tendonitis in my right shoulder. Have been too stubborn to go get a shot because quite frankly at the moment I am in enough pain trying to walk.

Is anyone else vertically challenged once November hits? Seriously, I think I spend more time on my butt or my knees than I do my feet. Doesn't have to be ice. I can trip on air! Right after christmas I was at work and coming down the steps by my trimmer, got my right foot tangled up in the shoe lace on my left and found myself praying I didn't do a facepalm into the floor! Funny thing is, I keep my shoelaces short for this reason, but hey I managed to do it. Needless to say I think that is the cause of most of my knee problems today. 188 lbs. dropping to your knees on cement is NOT my idea of fun.

Ugh, enough whining for one day. My *balls* will heal. My knees will take time. I think I need to go do a google for some low impact strength training for the upper body and start there. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

    Make a plan for yourself to do strength training! Even if it's just 10 minutes/day or every other day. Get started. That's what gets the proverbial ball rolling!
