- 8+ glasses of water
- cardio + core work + ST video
-log all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
Yesterday was a success, and it was not hard to achieve it. I quickly got in the water I needed and had a great workout plus a brief core workout on my lunch break. I tracked consistently and stayed within my calorie range, and did not feel deprived. I joined SP's "Official Eat Better, Feel Fitter" challenge to help myself remain consistent about staying within my calorie range, as I admit this is THE SECRET to weight loss for me, and to help me get ideas for snacks and meals that will leave me feeling satisfied and not deprived. I hit a new # on the scale I haven't seen in 6 years or more. Right now, things are tough personally and getting tougher by the hour. BUT, there are things out of my control. My heath is NOT one of them. So in a world where I feel such little control over what's going on around me, I will cope by taking great care of the things I CAN control...my health, my body, and my actions. When I feel blue, the one thing that always pulls me out, brings me back down to earth, comforts me, is helping others. I volunteer at the soup kitchen regularly and am the "donation lady" for all my friends and family. I take things people are wanting to get rid of and find someone who could use them or donate them to the women's crisis shelter. There will be a lot of that right now because I could use some positives in my life!
