Has anyone ever done a fruit and veggie cleanse where you only eat fruits and vegetables? I have done one before, but I lasted about 4 days before I binged worse than before. Does anyone have any tips on if I do it how to fight cravings and not eat everything in the world after? My spouse thinks it's a terrible idea, since on the last one I lost 9lbs and then gained 15lbs within a week.
I've been reading about different types of detox, since I am 100% positive my body is overloaded with junk. I want to do one that is safe and healthy so eating fruits and veggies seemed like the smart choice.
I was going to start last week, but ended up deciding to wait until this week since last week was rather hectic and I've been reading to do the detox under minimal stress.
Wanted to see if anyone had any tips :-)
