2nd weigh in

Ok so I got up this morning dreading standing on the scale after hurting my back last week and being down sick all weekend, so I hadn't worked out to speak of other than some stretching/calisthenics on Friday and then yesterday doing some ball exercises and my normal Zumba.
But, I was happy to see that I am down another 1.2 pounds from last week!!!! Yay!!! It's working! I'm making progress, I'm losing weight, I'm feeling better, I'm on my way to my goal.
I've got this!!!!
