I have been doing Spark people for 16 days now and have lost a total of 8lbs!
Monday through Friday I do 15 minutes on my elliptical and am slowly starting to feel myself getting better on there. To reach my 10lb goal by Feb 8 (17 days away!) I am thinking of adding more to my fitness routine.
Usually when I work on losing weight, I focus only on cardio. Well I think its time I throw in some weights to get these jiggily arms firmed up a bit. I found on Sparkpeople.com a 9 minute arm workout that I am going to add into my workout.
The new workout plan:
M/W/F: 20 minutes on the elliptical
T/TH: 9 minute weight exercise along with 15 minutes on the elliptical
I am going to start with this for right now. I don't want to push myself too much so this plan may change.
Time to say goodbye to jiggily arms.
