What is wrong with me? I'm not doing well with this whole calorie thing. I know what to do, I know how to do it but when the time comes, Hungry attacks and I eat more than I should. Even now, I've had my breakfast and am sitting here watching the clock for my 10 am snack. I need to work on this.
Burn 325/day - done.
Cut calories 300/day - ha! over, way over my range. Sigh.
Walk 30 min/day - it was 3º when I got to work; at lunch it was no better. I stayed in and did my DVD. (It was a walking one so I sort of did this.)
Cardio 30 min/day - Walking DVD at lunch
Maybe this will help?
P.S.: Minus 3º this morning. I need to be a snowbird and head to a warmer climate.
