I'm back to work today so I would love to hear from other mall workers how do I eat healthy from the food court!?

    I don't go everyday. I work out for a long period, I know, but it's moderate. I'm not pushing myself further than I can handle. I used to do WAY more, but that was when I played college softball!

    I'm working on getting my diet more balanced. That's where my real weakness is. Bringing some fruit with me to work today so that will be a great start!

    Congratulations on your weight loss! I wasn't able to view the video-maybe I'll be able to later.

    I checked out your fitness tracker. You are going to burn out unless you are normally that active. Aim for an amount of time and exercise that you can sustain over time. One hour a day five to six times a week is a whole lot unless you're in training for a sport. With the amount of time you're spending at the gym, you need a whole lot more calories. You'll need to eat 2-3 servings of fruit, 3-5 servings of veggies, as well as grains, proteins and healthy fats. Don't forget to get in 2 servings of dairy, too!

    Start a new thread on the message board under the Community tab asking to hear from other mall workers. You're more apt to get an answer there.
