That little fitbit has been keeping me super motivated. Even on days when I am not going to the gym, I work my buns off to get 10,000 steps and 25 flights of stairs. It's not that easy either, it's more work than I thought it would be. On fitbit you make friends with ppl who have them and see their weekly average rating and your supposed to compete. I am friends with two fitness teachers who have them, compete HA! One averages 240,000 steps and a week and the other 180,000 steps. So ya my 70,000 steps is pretty sad by comparison. I thought I was a lot more active than I was. Usually gotta get get something else in to make my steps. 3 mile run or walk the dogs for 30 minutes. Too bad you can't take it in the pool, I would love to know how many steps I am getting in water aerobics. Then there is gympact, the app where u log in to the gym and make money. I am doing 4 days a week 10 dollars a day. This app will be so much easier in the summer. Since I can track walks with the dogs and log them if I don't wanna hit the gym. I really wanted to run outside today but the high is 12. My immune system seems really weak right now. I was so cold yesterday and couldn't warm up. I thought I was getting sick but I am fine today. Maybe I just took it a little hard over the weekend painting. Painting is so fun in theory. But after a few hrs of it, it feels like someone tried beating the crap out of u.
