Well, here it is---Thursday and Friday the supervisors will be here for auditing, evaluations, and (Friday) for an 8-hour training program for updates on procedures. In the meantime, my husband has been my rock and support. Not just emotionally, but nutritionally too. He has been making my breakfasts and lunches which include oatmeal, poached eggs, multi-grain bread toasted, and coffee (truthfully, still gotta have that, just not as much half & half). Lunches he makes would include lean meats (turkey and roast beef the favorites), mustard, not mayo, fresh fruits, plain almonds, and I bring my water bottle as each stop has a water machine.
Today's Tuesday, I have OFF---YAY! I'm gonna be making home-made veggie soup for dinner. The temps dropped and that would be perfect. Besides, that would be a nice reward to my hubby as that is his one of HIS favs too
