Monday - Turbo Fire
I just started this program. It's a 12 week program that is 6 days during the week. My sister also has the program and started it yesterday. We figured that we could hold each other accountable if we did it at the same time. Today's program was a 50 minute workout and I can totally feel it today.
I was over my calories for the day.
I was very close to getting all of my water in, but was just short.
My son ended up starting to throw up around bedtime, otherwise I was going to try to get another workout in before I went to bed. We aren't sure if it is the kidney disease that caused it, or the flu. We are waiting to call the nurse practitioner this morning to find out what to do next.
