Struggling a little with Game On this week because of a three-day weekend -- we threw my parents a 50th wedding anniversary party (hence, party foods) congregated with the party goers at a local super unhealthy breakfast joint (Tudor's for you locals) and just had three days of no purposeful exercise and unhealthy eating.
And it felt terrible! I mean the party was great, but it's amazing to note now the lethargy and "ick" feeling that comes along with not taking care of your body.
So I had a super healthy high-antioxidant breakfast this morning and am doing everything possible to earn last minute panic points before tonight's weigh in. I hope the number on the scale isn't TOO dismal. Still determined to hit my January goal.
