Today I'm shooting for 4 miles, 2 in the morning (in two walking breaks) and 2 in the evening walking in my neighborhood. Since it is not weekend anymore and I don't have all the time I would like to exercise...
I started my day beautifully with 100 crunches, and feel really positive, I know I got back in the saddle, I just need to stay "here"...
