Been a few days since I've blogged. It's been a busy few days, though.
Staying on track still, with the exception of Friday -- when I suddenly had a craving for an angus burger from McDonalds. I didn't resist, since I figured I was actually craving the meat. Went over my calories, but I was right back on track the next day. Definitely not going to beat myself up for having the burger -- no reason to.
Still only up to six cups of water on most days, with a few 8's every so often. Need to increase my level of activity soon.
The jeans fit! I tried them on Saturday morning, and (in spite of the McDonalds food the day before), they not only went over my hips, but they zipped up all the way. I didn't take a photo, though, because there's a muffin-top I need to make smaller before I show anyone how they look. LOL!
So I can check off the jeans mini-goal, and start working on the other four pairs of pants as my mini-goal. With the diminishing of the muffin-top will come the fitting of the smaller pants. Yay me!
Also going to keep on trying to be consistent with my 8 cups of water.
