6 weeks= 16 lbs down. That's 2.6 lbs per week.
What makes me happiest is these past six weeks have been liveable. I'm primarily eating fresh foods and decreasing processed foods quite heavily. I've changed some behaviors and learned to work around others. Like eating after work- it happens continually regardless of how late I work, how much I eat during the day, or whether its a full moon
So, I eat only fresh and light during the day to allow my max calories at night. For dinner, I eat freshly cooked meat with veggies and allow myself a non-water/coffee drink or a treat like pudding. Some days/nights, I eat pizza. Or a sub. Or a bacon cheeseburger with fries
For now it works. When it stops working, I will modify my diet and begin exercising. My body is healing from three back to back illnesses so i haven't begun a workout routine. But it's coming. The plans are being set for a fitness center or a local adult-ed low impact aerobics class with toning. Walks that will turn into runs. Bike riding when the snow melts
Nature hikes on weekends at our local state parks. It's limitless!
This is a lifestyle I can stick with and be HAPPY.
