Philadelphia Weekend

Tuesday, January 22, 2013

Saturday I went to Philadelphia with a friend. We walked around the city for 5 hours (in wedge boots!). It was incredible. We went to an art museum, visited the "magic garden" (a labyrinth of art made out of broken glass and recycled materials, had dinner in a very nice rooftop restaurant, we to a club/lounge, etc. We had everything very well planned out so we did not spend a lot of money. We spent the night and came back sunday. We packed our lunch and snacks Saturday morning, so the only two meals we ate in the city were Saturday night and brunch sunday morning.

R2L (rooftop restaurant... tried lobster mac and cheese, truffle flatbread, calamari, and mini sliders. The desserts were a warm vanilla cake that was like a caramel lava cake and "variations of chocolate")

Smokin Bettys- (open face omelette, fruit, and fuzzy mimosa)
