I'm so very tired today. Mondays I work from 7 am to 10:30 pm so they beat me down pretty hard. I do that on Wednesday's too. By the time I catch back up on sleep and things, it's monday all over again! ugh!
Drinking a shake for breakfast. Thought maybe I would try this out this week. Give me energy and it's easy. Hopefully it will help kickstart a loss for me!
Got to get my water in today. 2 glasses down so far already! :)
