Goal for the Week: Eat More Breakfast and Less Dinner

I almost did this increase in morning calories yesterday, but my dinner was a little heavier. In all fairness though, I usually work out before dinner, and that can spikes my appetite. However, that doesn't change the fact that I eat less during my first meal. Does eating a snack two or three hours after balance that out? I'm not sure.
Anyway, that is my goal for the week, to eat more first, possibly the most out of all the meals.
