Why do we do it?
Why do we keep trying this "dieting" thing, this herculean life-long attempt at making a lifestyle change?
So many of us try and fail, and then try again, and fail again. And sometimes after a failure we've gained even more, and lost self esteem. Is it worth it?
What's this holy grail that keeps us trying? I guess it's the desire for health and beauty and self-esteem. Proving we CAN succeed.
And, yes, it is SO worth it. Never give up.
