I am creating groupings of exercises to do using the workout builder. I have a morning routine I plan to do each morning. I tried a video yesterday. Great resource. And even if I get so busy, I can do 10 minutes of something and feel like I was successful.

I am consistently going through a sparkcoach session every morning and choosing one of the 10-12 minute videos on the website to do before I start getting ready for work.
I received my SparkPeople videos and I also have some other exercise videos in my library. I am starting a new plan this week. I have created a chart with goals. Every evening I am going to do one of the 10 minute strength training sessions. By the end of the week, I will have worked all muscle groups. I will also add some 15-25 min. cardio when I can.

I am still doing my sparkcoach sessions every morning. I have joined the spring into spring challenge and do the assigned video. I am also doing cardio every day...either working outside, walking, or doing a video. I am 23 pounds lighter and feeling stronger. Because I am going to be music leader at VBS this summer, I am starting to learn the videos. These will be good aerobic workouts and I will be in better shape to do them. Yes!!!

After finishing the Spring into Shape challenge, I am picking my short morning workout to be a strength training video and trying to work all the major muscle groups at least once each week. I am putting more focus on my core and hips, since that is where a good bit of my extra weight is. I need to tone there the most as I lose weight. Evenings, I do cardio.
