Well, I have been very lucky and had an amazing day yesterday. Lots of fun and once my exam was over I was overjoyed. I decided to treat myself. Unfortunately I completely lost track of how much I had eaten, and went way overboard :( I'm now suffering morning after guilt. I ate way too much and have to get back on track.
It really has just emphasised the fact that I need to change my attitude towards food. I need to learn to control what I eat, and when I am treating myself not to go overboard and treat it like it's the last meal I'll ever eat.
So now back on track, stocked up on fruit and vegetables and will endevour not to have such a catastrophic lapse again.
Yesterday I was talking to a course mate. She lost 20kg before going to uni and I never would've guessed she was ever over 70kg; she's tincy and skinny and a pixy!! She has definitely become part of my inspiration, if she can do it so can I :D So I'm going to work hard on changing eating habits and get healthier over time!!
Today I'm having a vegetable stir fry for dinner, since I have a lot of vegetables that I need to use up. Also it should be a good way to balance out all the sugar I ate yesterday. I will keep using spark to come up with healthier and delicious recipes!!
