Push That Tush -- stalling out

I've been thru 3 mindsets of weightloss that drive me crazy:

1. I start out with a bang, full of motivation and dedication,
make a nice jumpstart, get cocky and
start allowing myself too much leeway.
My so called progress stalls out into a full blown plateau.

2. I start allowing myself starch carbs
(parboiled rice, whole wheat bread, and oatmeal)
and stall out into a full blown plateau.
I am definitely starch and sugar sensitive.

3. I watch the food but I don't do enough exercise
and stall out into a full blown plateau.

I gotta push my tush more



I need to go back to doing more of my SparkPeople Exercise DVDs
and put more time into it
