Weigh-ins when your a woman can well be discouraging.... My jeans keep fitting better and better so I know I'm making progress. Plus I want to lose weight (get my body fat percentage where I want mostly), but mostly I want to be healthy for long-term. This isn't about today, this week, or even this month, it's about the long-term. What I do today does effect my tomorrow. I love eating healthy and exercise! I feel so fantastic! I am creating habits and a lifestyle. I am loving it. The goals that I have for my health and fitness in my life are only beginning. I'm loving it!
Anyhow, I am on day 65 of P90X today. The workout program has been amazing! I can see my body changing gradually and exercise is the best therapy;). I feel AWESOME.
So weigh-in: I weighed in at 170.2 today (up 2.5 pounds from last weighin)... I can feel that I'm bloated and I know that it's getting to be about "that time of the month" so you know I'm ok! Even though I didn't make progress at weigh-in, I feel great! Next week baby! Next week;). And no matter what: I'm still happy being a woman every day!
