New or revised non-scale goals for this year
- keep attacking that elliptical on a regular basis - keep tracking to 1000 mile challenge victory
- reduce waist to below 30 inches
- reduce screen time by one hour to start and more to follow
- be active more than just during working out times
- walk up to my 7th floor condo at least three times each week
- make "Eat, Sleep, Gym, Repeat!" my Sparking motto
