Loss of motivation

Watching some life class today feeling down on my self and realized I may be in pain but at least I have all my functioning body parts to complain about the could be disfigured or gone all together.

    I started thinking along these lines the other day- my cousin's husband is confined to a wheelchair and accomplishes amazing things. We should all be grateful for the bodies we have- however flawed, they are the only one's we've got! I know the pain of fibromyalgia must be a daily challenge for you. Treat yourself with care and know all us Sparkies are rooting for you! emoticon

    NEVER give up ! You are WORTH the effort ! When you make a mistake...so what ? WE all make them. but getting right back on track is the best way to keep moving in the right direction. When we get down on ourselves and say what is the hope ? The ONLY person we are hurting is ourselves ! You CAN do this...one choice at a time, one day at a time !!

    ONE DAY AND ONE STEP AT A TIME WE WILL ALL DO THIS WE ARE WORTH IT.
WE ARE ALL HERE FOR YOU IF YOU NEED ANYTHING AT ALL JUST ASK.
GOOD HABITS TAKE TIME TO FORM!
TRACK YOUR FOOD AND FITNESS DAILY.
DRINK AT LEAST 8-8OZ GLASSES OF WATER A DAY AND EAT 5 FRUITS AND VEGGIES A DAY OF THAT AT LEAST 3 BEING FRUIT AND YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT START.
