So far, my points have been pretty much perfect for the challenge. I've been meeting all the goals, doing all the challegne parts, and it's not been particularly HARD. I'm going to push myself further and faster in the coming 3 weeks as I want to be as light and fit as possible before 25th Feb as that will mean I have more energy for the teaching practice. So, starting tomorrow, for a week, I'm going to be commiting to three things.
1 - Get enough water each day. 2.3 litres that is.
2 - 60 minutes exercise minimum, 5 days this week, and ideally some on the other days at least.
3. Keep comitting to my 100ish calories after dinner every SECOND night only.
