WOW! Been awhile since I posted
.. so much to do so little time LOL
Today was TOPS weigh-in day, lost another
4 pounds and was loser of the week again.
Jan 1-235 ... Jan 21 224.6
That really helps with motivation. I have been trying to get
my spiritual work done/caught up and kinda got behind with my posts.
Somehow, I need to learn to do everything I want at the same time.
Staying within my calorie range most of the time, exercising 2-3
times per week. This week I am planning to walk 15 min 5 days
(M-F). I worked up to 20 min last week, but only twice, so am
going to try for more days and less time, hoping to come out ahead
Not sure if I have posted this yet, but I have been able to lower my insulin dose
by 10 units twice a day. I have begun to consistently have blood sugars under
110 in the morning.
I am still at it, and plan to continue! I CAN do this!
